Questions, answered
How do NFC review cards work?
A customer taps their phone on the card, or scans the QR code printed on it, and your review page opens in their browser. They don't need to download an app.
Which phones work with them?
Most modern iPhones and many Android phones can read NFC. On some Android phones NFC has to be switched on in settings first. If a phone can't tap, the QR code on the card or stand works with the phone's camera instead.
